What is a Fondant Cake?
Fondant includes gelatin (or agar in vegetarian recipes) and food-grade glycerine, which keeps the sugar pliable and creates a dough-like consistency. Rolled fondant is rolled out like a pie crust and used to cover the cake. The best thing about fondant is that it provides a greater range for decoration. With fondant it is possible to attain a more refined and precise creation.
What is a Semi-Fondant Cake?
As fondant cake is costlier we wanted to make a lighter version of the same so instead of using fondant to cover the whole cake we use a pastry base and whipped cream to cover the cake and just use fondant for making figures and accessories. But not all cakes can me made in Semi Fondant

The cake stand, cutlery & accessories used in the image are only for representation purposes. They are not delivered with the cake. This cake is hand delivered in a good quality cardboard cake box.
Delivery Information
Cakes we make are done carefully by hand. Each chef has his/her own style of finishing of cake. There might be a slight change in look of the cake in real We always strive to deliver the cake on time. But due to weather conditions, availability of raw material, accessories & delivery personnel the delivery time might change Cakes have less shelf life. We try to deliver only to the address mentioned during placing of order. The delivery cannot be forwarded later We deliver touchless for safety reasons
Substitutions of flavours, colours based on the availability might be done occasionally
Care Instructions: Store cream cakes, chocolate cakes, fondant cakes, butter cream cakes, photo cakes in optimum conditions.
Air conditioning or refrigeration is preferred Slice and serve the cake immediately after taken out from refrigeration or air conditioning.
Don’t expose to extreme temperatures
Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake.
Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
Please check the placement of these items before serving to small children.
The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
